Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are the manufacturer. Our plant is in Rizhao, Shandong Province, China, and we own the tooling and the design team. Factory visits and third-party audits are welcome — contact us to arrange one.
What are your minimum order quantities?
MOQ depends on the product line and on whether the order is standard or custom-branded. Samples are available at factory cost and can ship on your next container. Tell us the models and quantities you need and we will confirm MOQ, lead time and pricing within one business day.
Which trade terms do you offer?
FOB, DDP and dropshipping. For DDP we handle freight and clearance; note that delivered-duty pricing is quoted against the duty schedule in force at the time of quotation.
Can you produce our brand (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. We produce OEM and ODM orders across the range: your colour, logo, packaging and attachment set. For new geometry we co-develop from your brief or from ours.
What standards do your machines meet?
Documentation for EN ISO 20957 and related standards is available on request. Please confirm your target market so we can advise on the certification route required for your channel.
How long does production take?
Standard models are typically produced within weeks of order confirmation, and selected models including the F90 are held in stock. Custom-branded or co-developed orders take longer — we confirm an exact schedule with your quotation.
