For a custom project, the aim is to make the layout and key requirements clear before an order is approved. Tell us whether you need a concept view, dimensioned layout or a detailed specification so we can agree on the appropriate deliverables.

Can I start with a single custom unit?
Include the quantity in your brief. We’ll review whether a one-off build is practical for the proposed design and explain the available options.
Can you copy a product exactly from a photo?
Photos can help explain the layout and features you want, but they do not show every dimension or internal detail. We’ll clarify the requirements and agree on a specification rather than treat a photo as a production drawing.
Can I change an existing model?
Please include the model number and a clear list of changes. Compatibility and feasibility are reviewed for that configuration.
