Power Start Fitness Equipment Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect through the site, why we collect it, and the rights you have — including rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

• Enquiry data. When you submit the quote request form we collect your name, company, business email, country, product interest, quantity and message. We use this to prepare and respond to your quotation, and to keep a record of the business relationship.
• Contact data. If you email or message us directly, we retain that correspondence.
• Analytics. This site does not currently run third-party analytics. If we enable them, this policy will be updated and a consent banner will be shown.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) may be retained by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

2. Legal basis

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where an order follows, to perform a contract. Analytics, if enabled, is processed only with your consent.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and respond to enquiries (hosting, email delivery, and — if enabled — analytics and form handling), under appropriate safeguards.

4. International transfers

Data submitted through this site may be processed in China, where our factory and sales team are located. Where transfers are subject to GDPR Chapter V, we rely on appropriate safeguards and can provide details on request.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for commercial records, unless you ask us to delete it.
